As an experienced project manager and licensed Canberra builder, Mariana understands who the reputable and reliable builders are. Canberra is a “small town” and word within the industry travels fast. Mariana has zero tolerance for unscrupulous operators, poor workmanship and dishonest building practices.
Given that every project is unique, engagement fees vary. As a general rule, engagement fees are commensurate with the size and complexity of the project. Given how much risk and hassle we remove from a project, you’ll be surprised by how affordable our services are. Furthermore, many clients save much more on their projects than what our fees are. At Project by M, we believe that we provide a unique service in the Canberra building market – one that we’re extremely proud of.
